workshop about navigating a peaceful relationship with food. Examine your current relationship with food and eating
through journaling and mindful dialogue and learn and practice tools for understanding.
We will work gently with meditations, slow movement, self-compassion, and
mindfulness exercises. No experience necessary and all body shapes are
